Because primary grid requirements, system frequencies (50Hz/60Hz), specific vector groups, protection relay curves, and low-voltage feeder circuits vary by project, our engineering team designs and manufactures the substation according to your precise technical single-line diagrams (SLD) and parameters.

We conduct rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on the complete assembly before it leaves our manufacturing plant. This includes transformer ratio and vector group verification, insulation resistance testing, primary high-voltage dielectric tests, secondary loop protection calibration, and simulation of automated trip sequences. You receive complete FAT documentation and video records to streamline local grid inspection.

The main 5000kVA transformer is anchored via customized heavy-duty mechanical dampening mounts directly to the tri-axle chassis to absorb low-frequency shocks during cross-border transit. For environmental protection, the secondary automation controls are sealed inside an insulated weather-proof container equipped with dedicated external air conditioning units, protecting sensitive relays against extreme desert heat, sandstorms, or high coastal humidity.

The major advantage of this mobile unit is the complete elimination of permanent concrete foundations. On-site preparation requires only a leveled, compacted gravel or concrete pad capable of supporting the semi-trailer's weight distribution. Once positioned, the mechanical landing legs are extended, the integrated grounding boss is tied to the local earth grid, and incoming 34.5kV / outgoing 10kV cables are terminated to make the station fully operational.
