This machine is designed for medium-sized cylindrical bales. It is compatible with bales having a diameter of 46 to 50cm and a width of 70 to 85 cm. Please ensure your bale dimensions are within this range for optimal wrapping performance and machine stability.

It mainly depends on your working environment: Gasoline Engine Version (1.4 HP): More suitable for operation in fields, pastures, or other locations without a fixed power supply, offering greater mobility and adaptability. Electric Motor Version (1.1 kW): More suitable for fixed locations with stable three-phase/single-phase power, such as barns or around farmyards. It has lower operating costs and generates less noise and vibration.

The number of layers primarily depends on the planned storage duration and climatic conditions: Short-term storage (1-3 months) or dry seasons: Typically, 2-4 layers are sufficient. Long-term storage (over 3 months) or humid, rainy seasons: It is recommended to use 4-6 layers to provide better sealing and puncture resistance, ensuring silage quality.

The theoretical efficiency is calculated under ideal conditions (e.g., standard bale size, quick positioning, continuous operation without interruptions). Actual efficiency is influenced by factors such as operator skill, bale preparation speed, frequency of film roll changes, and site movement. A stable practical working efficiency is typically around 45-60 bales per hour. Skilled operation and good work organization are key to improving efficiency.

With a weight of approximately 85 kg, the machine is designed for convenient mobility. It features a compact structure, and most models are equipped with transport wheels or a towing hitch. It can be pushed by one person on level ground or easily towed by a small tractor or farm vehicle. For loading onto trucks, it is recommended that two persons assist or use equipment like a forklift to ensure safety.
