We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover wear parts (e.g., filters, belts) or damage caused by improper operation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modification.

We typically ship from Dalian Port, China, which is a major, well-connected port with frequent sailings to global destinations. Other ports like Tianjin or Shanghai can be arranged upon request.
