Q:What costs are included in DDP quotation? Any hidden fees?

The quotation covers pickup fee, warehousing fee, export declaration fee, ocean freight, Europe customs clearance fee, duty, import tax and local delivery fee. No hidden fees for normal shipments. Extra surcharges caused by oversize, overweight, remote delivery or customs inspection will be confirmed in advance.
Q:What goods are acceptable and prohibited?
A:
Acceptable goods: general goods, hardware, textiles, furniture, daily necessities, electronic parts. Prohibited from transportation: liquid, powder, flammable & explosive dangerous goods, infringing goods, uncertified regulated goods and contraband.
Q:How to claim compensation if cargo is damaged or lost?
A:
Cargo insurance is recommended. When damage or loss occurs, clients need to keep photos and unboxing videos upon receiving goods. We assist with insurance claim according to insurance policy. Without insurance, compensation follows basic freight forwarding terms.
Q:Can I track the whole shipment online?
A:
Full real-time tracking is available. You can check all logistics nodes including warehousing, loading, departure, port arrival, customs clearance and final delivery.
