Yes, sizes can be customized per customer request or selected from standard options (1.5'' to 3''). Designs can be 1 or 2 sided, 2D or 3D, with various plating and color effects.
Q:What is the lead time for samples and production?
A:
Samples take 5-7 days after artwork approval. Mass production takes 10-15 days after sample approval. Standard lead times are also listed as 7 days for samples and 20 days for production.
Q:Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
There is no MOQ limitation for custom orders. However, the standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, Western Union, and small-amount payments.
