Yes, everything is open to custom design. Sizes can be per customer request or standard sizes like 1.5'', 2'', etc. Designs can be 1 or 2 sided, 2D or 3D.
Q:What are the lead times for samples and production?
A:
Samples take 5-7 days after artwork approval. Mass production takes 10-15 days after sample approval. Sampling takes 7 days, and production takes 13-18 days after sample confirmation.
Q:Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
There is no MOQ limitation. We support flexible customization and can accommodate orders of any size.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit before production and a 70% balance before shipment. We also accept LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
