Q:What are the lead times for samples and production?
A:
Samples take 5-7 days after artwork approval. Mass production takes 10-15 days after sample approval. Sampling takes 7 days, and production takes 13-18 days after sample confirmation.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
There is no MOQ limitation. However, the mold charge will be returned to you when the order quantity meets the specified quota.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
The standard payment term is a 30% deposit before production and a 70% balance before shipment. Other terms include LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
