Q:What are the lead times for samples and production?
A:
Sample lead time is 5-7 days after artwork approval. Mass production takes 10-15 days after sample approval. Standard delivery details are 7 days for sampling and 13-18 days after sample confirmation.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
There is no MOQ limitation. However, the standard minimum order quantity is 100 Pcs, and mold charges are refunded when the order quantity meets the quota.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Accepted methods include LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, Western Union, and Small-amount payment.
