Q:What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q:Can I customize the size and design of the medallion?
A:
Yes, everything is open to custom design. You can request specific sizes (e.g., 1.5'' to 3'') and 1 or 2 sided designs with 2D or 3D effects.
