For long-term cooperation, sample production costs are free. For first-time customers, fees up to USD 300 are refunded if the order quantity reaches 3000 pcs.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit after order confirmation and balance before shipping or after inspection. Small quantity orders may require full payment or at least 50% deposit.

What is the production lead time after sample approval?

Production starts after receiving the deposit. It takes 25-35 days for orders under 3000 pcs, 35-45 days for 3000-5000 pcs, 45-65 days for 5000-50000 pcs, and 55-95 days for 50000-200000 pcs.

How do you deliver the cargo?

We offer door-to-door service with experienced freight forwarding to Canada, US, Europe, and Australia. Air shipping takes 3-15 days depending on the service, and ocean shipping takes about 25-35 days plus 7-14 days for customs and inland transport.
