What is the difference between standby, prime and continuous ratings?

Standby is for backup during mains failure; prime is for continuous operation with varying load where no grid exists; continuous is for constant load with unlimited hours. We help you choose the right rating for your application.

Can the generator start automatically when the mains power fails?

Yes. With an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and AMF controller, the set starts automatically within seconds when the mains fails, and returns to standby once power is restored.

How noisy are the sets, and do you offer a silent type?

Open-type sets run at about 95-110 dB(A) at 7 meters. Our silent canopy reduces noise to 60-75 dB(A) at 7 meters, suitable for residential areas, hospitals and schools.

How do I choose the right capacity for my application?

List your total load, the largest motor starting current and the usage type (standby or prime). Our engineers will calculate the required KW and recommend the best model, usually within 24 hours.

Depending on the unit size and destination, we utilize sea freight, air freight, rail transport, or express delivery services. For small units, they can also be consolidated into shared containers to reduce shipping costs.

Yes. We provide the B/L or AWB number and vessel schedule after dispatch, and keep you updated until the cargo arrives.

What regular maintenance is required?

Change engine oil and replace oil, fuel and air filters every 250-500 running hours or every 6 months. A detailed maintenance schedule is included in the user manual.
