For daily maintenance, it is necessary to conduct regular inspections (check the LCD display to confirm the battery status, inspect whether the connecting wires are loose and whether the interfaces are overheated), perform cleaning and maintenance (wipe the shell with a dry cloth to prevent dust accumulation; for forced air-cooled models, ensure the fan is not blocked), and handle long-term idleness properly (charge once every 3 months, keeping the power at 30%-50% to avoid deep discharge).

For an over-temperature alarm, check if the cooling fan is working properly and if the ambient temperature is too high; if necessary, reduce the load or improve ventilation. For abnormal charging/discharging, check if the BMS communication is interrupted or if the battery connecting wires are loose. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service for cell inspection.
