What is the production time?

For 1 pc sample, production time is about 10 days after payment receipt. For a 20' container order, it is about 30 days.

What are the payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or after goods inspected. L/C irrevocable at sight. Western Union or PayPal for small orders.

What are the shipping options?

We have our own forwarder. You can choose by sea, air, or express. Any shipping method is acceptable.

What is the claim clause for damaged products?
