What is the production time?

For 1 pc sample, it takes about 10 days after payment receipt. For a 20' container order, it takes about 30 days.

What are the payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or after inspection. L/C irrevocable and at sight. Western Union or PayPal for small orders.

What are the shipping options?

We have our own forwarder. You can choose sea, air, or express shipping. Any shipping method you prefer is acceptable.

What is the claim clause for damaged products?
