What is the production time for samples and bulk orders?

For 1 pc sample, production time is about 10 days after payment. For a 20' container order, it is about 30 days.

What are the accepted payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or after inspection. L/C at sight, Western Union, or PayPal for small orders.

What shipping methods are available?

We have our own forwarder. You can choose sea, air, or express shipping based on your preference.

How are claims for damaged products handled?

Please send photos of the damaged product and the quantity. We will compensate accordingly and improve our production system.
