What is the production time?

For 1 pc sample, production time is about 10 days after payment receipt. For a 20' container order, it is about 30 days.

What are the payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or after inspection. L/C irrevocable and at sight. Western Union or PayPal for small orders.

What are the shipping ways?

We have our own forwarder. You can choose by sea, air, or express. Any shipping way you like is acceptable.

What is the claim clause?

Please mail photos of the damaged product and the number of sets. We will compensate accordingly and improve our production system to avoid quality problems.
