What is the production time?

For 1 pc sample, production time is about 10 days after payment receipt. For a 20' container order, it is about 30 days.

What are the payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or after inspection. L/C irrevocable and at sight. Western Union or Paypal for small orders.

What shipping methods are available?

We have our own forwarder. You can choose sea, air, or express shipping. Any shipping method you like is acceptable.

What is the claim clause for damaged products?

Please mail photos of the damaged product and specify the number of sets. We will compensate accordingly and improve our production system to avoid future quality problems.
