AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company with 15 employees focused on aluminum doors and windows. It reports export rights, customs filing, CE certification, fire-resistance window qualification, installation and production licenses, and energy-saving certification. Its capabilities include ODM, OEM for well-known brands, design-based customization, four production lines, four years of R&D engineer experience, and stated capacity to process 20,000 square meters of doors and windows at one time. However, evidence also shows no current export orders, domestic primary markets, no overseas warehouse or showroom, no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, incomplete corrective-action and complaint records, and finished products checked by packing staff. Financial information is limited to year labels, so financial credibility cannot be determined.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company with 15 employees and no larger-company affiliation. Its stated business focuses on aluminum doors and windows and includes design, production, installation, and finishing services.

CertificationsThe company description explicitly states that it holds export rights, customs filing, CE certification, fire-resistance window qualification, a door and window installation license, a production license, and an energy-saving certificate. These stated credentials support a positive assessment, although the slices do not provide certificate numbers or validity dates.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a customer-complaint procedure, but no written complaint records, and it has no written corrective and preventive action procedures or records. It also lacks overseas warehouse and showroom capabilities, limiting documented overseas service support.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides ODM services and reports four years of total R&D engineer experience. However, it does not have an available SDK, so the evidence supports design and development capability but not broader technical integration capability.

Production capacityThe supplier operates four production lines, states that it can process 20,000 square meters of doors and windows at one time, and has in-stock capability. Against this, there is no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, and finished products are checked by packing staff, indicating some production-control limitations.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from designs and can process windows and doors according to customer materials, models, drawings, and types. Its stated design, budgeting, production, installation, and finishing services further support end-to-end customization.
