How will my boxes ship to me?

Depending on the volume of boxes you are purchasing from us different options will be available to you during checkout. On smaller orders, you will be presented with FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. On larger orders, you will have the option to choose LTL Freight. In either case, you will be given a tracking number.

Are Rigid Boxes safe to ship?

Rigid boxes are meant to give value to your product. They are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put them in a mailer or a shipping box.

Q:How long is your production time?

Our production time is 10-20 days depending on the quantity. An estimated in-hand date is visible in your cart after checkout.

Q:I want to change the artwork on the order I just placed, is it possible?

Sure! You can change your artwork before you accept your online proof. However, after you've accepted your online proof you will not be able to make any additional changes.

Q:Do you use recycled boards?

We do! All the boards we use are made with at least 50% recycled material. All our boards are 100% recyclable too!

Q:I want to change the quantity order I just placed, is that possible?
