The mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain order quantity.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Drawings are better. We can also make new drawings according the customer original samples.

What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight is the actual measured weight including packaging. The theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

What are your payment terms?

Usually we do 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.

What is the date of delivery?

Usually 20 days to 30 days for one container.
