How is the mold fee charged?

The mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain threshold.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Drawings are preferred. We can also create new drawings based on the customer's original samples.

What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?

Actual weight is the measured weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing, multiplying the weight per meter by the profile length.

What are the payment terms?

Usually 30% T/T deposit plus 70% T/T balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading.

What is the delivery time?

Usually 20 to 30 days for one container.
