How is the mold fee charged?

The mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain threshold.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Drawings are preferred. We can also create new drawings based on the customer's original samples.

What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight is the measured weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated by the weight per meter multiplied by the length based on the drawing.

What are your payment terms?

Usually, we require a 30% T/T deposit plus a 70% T/T balance against the B/L copy.

What is the delivery date?

Usually 20 to 30 days for one container.
