How do you charge the mold fee?

The mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain order quantity.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Drawings is better. We can also make new drawings according the cutomer original samples

What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight is the actual measured weight including packaging. The theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

What are the payment terms?

Usually we do 30%T/T deposit +70%T/T balance against B/L copy.

What is the delivery date?

Usually 20day to 30day for one container.
