How do you charge the mold fee?

The mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain order quantity.

If the customer requests to make a new mold, do you need the customer to provide the drawing?

Drawings is better. We can also make new drawings according the cutomer original samples.

What is the difference between the theoretical weight and actual weight?

Actual weight is the actual measured weight including packaging. The theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

What is your payment term?

Usually we do 30%T/T deposit +70%T/T balance against B/L copy.

What is the date of delivery?

Usually 20day to 30day for one container.
