The mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain threshold.

Drawings are preferred. We can also create new drawings based on the customer's original samples.

Actual weight is the measured weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the drawing and length.

What are your payment terms?

Usually 30% T/T deposit plus 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
