The mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain threshold.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Drawings are preferred. However, we can also create new drawings based on customer original samples.

What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?

Actual weight is the measured weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on drawings and profile length.

What are your payment terms?

Usually 30% T/T deposit plus 70% T/T balance against the B/L copy.

What is the delivery time?
