The mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain order quantity.

Do customers need to provide drawings for new molds?

Drawings are better. We can also make new drawings according to the customer original samples.

What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?

Actual weight is the actual measured weight including packaging. The theoretical weight is calculated by the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

What are the payment terms?

Usually we do 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.

What is the delivery time?

Usually 20 days to 30 days for one container.
