Heavy Duty Log Sawing Machine for Hardwood Timber Processing

The ALVA-MY-03 Series is a "universal" log cutting machine that smoothly processes a wide range of wood species, including pine, fir, mixed hardwood, rubberwood, acacia, and poplar, covering both softwood and hardwood categories. The machine supports both wet and dry cutting, allowing normal operation on air-dried timber as well as freshly harvested logs with high moisture content, without requiring frequent parameter adjustments.

The ALVA-MY-03 Series is equipped with 8 to 16 saw blades (customizable), enabling it to cut multiple boards from a single log in one pass according to customer requirements. At the same time, the machine supports one, two, or multiple square squaring operations as well as board slicing, truly achieving "one machine for multiple uses."

The ALVA-MY-03 Series is specifically designed for logs with lengths ranging from 50 to 200 cm and diameters from 200 to 450 mm. Equipped with a continuous feeding system, it enables uninterrupted log infeed, significantly increasing daily output per machine.

The ALVA-MY-03 Series requires a 380V power supply. Insufficient voltage is a common cause of operational failure; we recommend ensuring stable voltage at the installation site before commissioning.
