Durable Forklift Access Ramp for Heavy Load Container Transport

The flip-up tine pockets are mounted on high-strength pivot hinges at the base frame. When you need to relocate the ramp, a forklift operator lowers the pockets so they rest flat against the ground, slides the forklift tines completely into the channels, and lifts the unit to drive it away. Once the ramp is positioned at the container deck, the operator simply lifts the pockets manually or via chains back into their vertical stowed position against the guardrail.

Depending on your operational preference, our ramps can be equipped with either a heavy-duty manual dual-speed mechanical landing gear jack system or a manual hydraulic pump cylinder circuit. This allows operators to quickly raise or lower the front overlapping lip to match the exact deck height of varying transport vehicles or containers.

Solid steel plate surfaces can trap water, mud, oil, and snow, creating a slick hazard that spins forklift tires and burns rubber. The open serrated mesh allows all weather debris to fall straight through onto the ground below, while the sharp, notched edges of the steel grid provide high-friction mechanical traction for forklift tires, even during freezing weather.
