The forklift hoses connect directly to the standard threaded ports on the cylinder manifold, enabling the operator to open and close the forks smoothly from the cabin seat.

The attachment is designed to accept standard hook-on fork tines. Your existing forks mount directly onto the moving fork carrier blocks on the attachment frame. They are locked tightly into place using the integrated structural retention hooks, allowing the hydraulic cylinders to push and pull the forks smoothly across the parallel guide shafts.

To ensure long-term smooth operation and minimize wear, the hard-chrome parallel guide shafts should be kept clean of abrasive dirt and debris. Applying a thin layer of common industrial lithium-based grease during standard weekly fleet inspections will keep the fork carriers sliding freely and lower friction.
