It is recommended to install the line in a closed or semi-enclosed workshop with basic rain protection, especially for electrical control cabinets and motors. We can provide customized anti-corrosion and rainproof solutions for outdoor installation if needed.
Q:How long does it take to install and commission the line?
A:
The mini rolling mill line takes about 7-15 days for installation and commissioning. The continuous casting & rolling line takes about 30-60 days, depending on configuration.
Q:Can the line adapt to different power grid voltages in different countries?
A:
Yes. We can customize the equipment voltage (380V/415V/440V/600V) and frequency (50Hz/60Hz) to match your local power grid standards.
Q:Do I need special civil engineering for the continuous casting & rolling line?
A:
No special civil engineering is required, only a flat and solid concrete foundation. We will provide the foundation drawing with specific load and dimension requirements.
Q:What is the spare parts supply cycle and cost?
A:
