Yes. We can customize the line length from 4m to 26m according to customer's factory site layout and output demand.
Q:What foundation and site conditions do we need to prepare in advance?
A:
Only flat concrete foundation is required, no special civil engineering needed. We will provide foundation drawing and layout guide.
Q:Can the ingot mold be replaced separately later?
A:
Sure. The molds are standard modular design, easy to replace and maintain separately, no need to disassemble the whole line.
Q:What cooling water requirement does the production line need?
A:
Ordinary industrial circulating cooling water is enough, no special water quality treatment required. We will tell you the water flow and pressure parameter.
Q:Can the line adapt to mixed aluminum scrap raw materials?
A:
Yes. It works well with mixed aluminum scrap, aluminum alloy materials after simple sorting.
