Yes. We custom make endless seamless felt sleeves as well as flat roll felts. Just provide your machine circumference, width and thickness.
Q:What material is your tannery machine felt made of?
A:
Wool Synthetic fiber blend needle felt. We offer different density grades for sammying dewatering and high-temperature embossing processes separately.
Q:Will the felt shed fibers and contaminate leather surface?
A:
Our compacted felt adopts high-density needling technology with minimum fiber shedding, effectively avoiding speckles on finished leather.
Q:Can your felt avoid leaving indentations and scratches on leather?
A:
The surface is finely finished. Uniform pressure distribution prevents scratches and uneven marks on leather grain surface.
Q:What temperature can the embossing machine felt withstand?
A:
Standard embossing felt can continuously work under 180C. Higher heat resistance version is available upon request.
