We usually accept T/T and L/C. Please send an email to negotiate payment terms if you cannot accept these methods.
Q:What is the delivery time for different order quantities?
A:
For quantities below 20 pcs, it takes 15-30 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For 1-5 containers, it takes 25-35 days. For above 5 containers, it takes over 30 days.
Q:How long does it take to get a sample?
A:
Sample approval takes 1-15 days. The sample cost is triple the product price but will be deducted from the bulk order. Samples are packed in wood cases.
Q:Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
A:
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services upon request, including customizing the bed to be single, double deck, or triple bed.
