Q:How do you guarantee consistent quality between different orders?

We implement strict batch management. Each raw material lot and finished product batch has unique tracking number. QC inspects samples every 2 hours during production, and full inspection before packing.

Q:What raw materials are used to produce glass wool?

It is mainly made from quartz sand, dolomite, soda ash and other mineral raw materials. After high-temperature melting, the molten glass is drawn into superfine glass fibers, then mixed with binder and water repellent for curing and forming. It is an inorganic thermal insulation fiber material.

Q:Can both board and pipe be attached with aluminum foil?

Yes. Both fiberglass board and pipe support aluminum foil lamination. We supply regular aluminum foil, flame retardant aluminum foil, aluminum cloth and embossed foil for choice.

Q:What's the difference between foil-faced and bare glass wool without foil?

Bare glass wool is cheap but easy to absorb moisture and scatter fiber dust. Aluminum foil coated glass wool forms a tight protective layer. It stops water vapor penetration, reflects heat radiation, locks internal fibers and avoids dust floating during installation.
