One year (12 months) warranty will be provided from the date of container arrival at the client's factory. Free parts are sent for quality issues, excluding artificial misuse.
Q:What are the payment terms?

T/T: 30% prepaid, 70% before delivery. L/C: 30% by T/T, 70% at sight. For Bangladesh and Ethiopia, 100% L/C at sight is accepted.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Standard delivery time is 30-40 working days. Peak season lead time is 1-3 months, and off-season is one month.
Q:What technical support is available?
A:
We provide installation drawings, basic operating instructions, operation explanations via video and photos, and online video calling for technical support.
