One year (12 months) warranty from the date the container arrives at the client's factory. Free parts are provided for quality problems within this period.

T/T: 30% prepaid, 70% before delivery. L/C: 30% by T/T, 70% at sight. For clients from Bangladesh and Ethiopia, 100% L/C at sight is accepted.

Standard delivery time is 30-40 working days.

We provide installation drawings, basic operating instructions, operation explanations via video and photos, and online video calling for technical support.
