6-Spindle Cooling Hose Knitting Machine

This is a special core equipment for cooling hoses, mainly used for processing the middle knitted reinforcement layer of various rubber and silicone cooling hoses. It improves the pressure resistance and tensile resistance of hoses through knitted reinforcement structure, widely used in the production of industrial equipment cooling pipelines, automobile heat dissipation hoses and mechanical circulating water cooling hoses.

The 4-station model has insufficient knitting density and low hose strength, only suitable for ordinary low-pressure hoses; the 8-station model has high cost and high energy consumption, mostly used for large-diameter high-pressure hoses. The 6-station model is the optimal choice for small and medium-sized cooling hoses, balancing weaving density, structural strength and cost performance.
