Q:What raw materials can the rotary carbonization furnace process?
A:
It can process sawdust, wood chips, coconut shells, nut shells, peanut shells, straw and other biomass scraps. Large raw materials need pre-crushing, and moisture content should be below 20%.
Q:Is power consumption high? Does it need continuous extra fuel?
A:
A small amount of fuel is needed for start-up. During normal operation, the combustible gas from carbonization is recycled to heat the furnace. Almost no extra fuel is required; only the driving motor consumes electricity.
Q:Can it work alone? Can it match with briquette machine?
A:
It can run as a single machine, or work with briquette machine and coal rod machine to form a full production line. Raw materials are pressed into rods first, then carbonized to make machine-made charcoal.
Q:Is the machine eco-friendly? How about flue gas treatment?
A:
Adopt sealed negative pressure dry distillation. Flammable gas is recycled for combustion, and residual gas passes through dust removal purification, smokeless discharge to meet environmental standards.

A:
