This vertical bagger supports various liquid and paste-state products, widely used for food, cosmetic and chemical industries. It can pack shampoo, edible oil, honey, juice, liquid milk, tomato paste, ketchup, liquid condiment and other viscous or free-flowing materials.

Operators can set packaging weight, adjust film feed speed, modify bag length ,and calibrate sealing-cutting temperature on the control panel. It is equipped with an emergency stop button for safe emergency shutdown, which helps adapt to different pouch specifications and production requirements.

Multiple optional parts are available, including date & batch printer, date embossing system, exhaust sponge system, easy-tear notch device, hole punching unit, insulation-stirring system, numerical control cutter and frequency control system. Machine body can choose stainless-steel or painted version, with touch-screen or button-type control panel for your selection.

The packaging film is shaped into bags by the bag former at first. Then,left and right cutters close to finish side heat-sealing. Subsequently, the bottom cutter performs heat-sealing and cutting to separate finished independent pouches, realizing continuous automatic filling and packaging. It also features a film-end stop and automatic fault detection to avoid leakage.

The packing speed ranges from 30 to 80 bags per minute, depending on the specific model and product characteristics.
