The elastic scrapers are ground at an angle using a traditional water-grinding process. Due to the wear of grinding wheels during batch processing, the thickness of subsequent blades in the same batch may vary slightly, affecting the soft and hard feel. This is unavoidable with existing technology and exists in all brands.

The uneven surface is related to the oblique grinding required to achieve the elastic effect. The front end is ground very thinly at different angles, leaving inevitable process residue marks, especially at the starting point. This does not affect the service life of the product.

The blade is made of martensitic stainless steel 420J2 (national standard 30CR13), which is magnetic and has sufficient corrosion resistance for basic chemical industry needs. However, if soaked in materials for a long time or left dirty, it may still rust. It is recommended to clean, dry, and store it in a dry place after use.

The blade can naturally restore its shape after bending to a certain angle. However, if bent beyond the cutting range, it will deform permanently.

The back of the blade is hand-polished, resulting in arcs and edges at the corners with high consistency. In batch production, rivet holes may not be 100% centered, causing some handles to be slightly misaligned.
