The elastic scrapers are ground at an angle using a traditional water-grinding process. Due to the wear of grinding wheels during batch processing, slight thickness variations occur, which affects the soft and hard feel. This is an unavoidable limitation of existing technology across all brands.

The uneven surface is caused by the oblique grinding required to achieve the elastic effect. The front end is ground very thinly at different angles, leaving inevitable process marks and collapse arcs, especially at the starting point. This does not affect the product's service life.

The blade is made of martensitic stainless steel 420J2 (magnetic). While its corrosion resistance meets basic chemical industry needs, rusting may occur if soaked in materials for long periods or left dirty. Clean and dry the blade immediately after use and store it in a dry place.

The blade can naturally restore its shape after bending to a certain angle. However, if bent beyond the cutting range, it will deform permanently.

To ensure smoothness, the back of the blade is fully hand-polished. This results in arcs and edges at the corners, meaning the consistency is not 100% uniform.
