White mesh: More economical. Mainly used for low count (coarse) meshes and designs that do not require high precision. During exposure, white mesh reflects/refracts UV light, which may cause slight halation. Yellow mesh: Dyed to absorb UV light, eliminating light scatter and refraction during exposure. This results in sharper edges and more precise stencil formation. If you are printing fine lines or halftone dots, we strongly recommend yellow mesh.

Our lead times are flexible: Sample orders: Usually within 3 days (by courier). Small quantity orders: Usually within 3to7 days (by air or sea). Large quantity / custom orders: Usually within 7to15 days (by sea). For regular mesh counts with stock, we can ship immediately upon payment confirmation.

This is one of our core strengths. We use 100% high quality polyester monofilament and subject the woven mesh to a high temperature heat setting process. This removes internal stress and ensures that the tension decays very slowly over long printing runs. The result is high stability, better print quality, and a longer screen life reducing the need for frequent screen remaking.

Our mesh surface undergoes a special anti abrasion treatment. The fibres are selected for high toughness, enabling the mesh to endure high squeegee pressure and repeated friction. Even under high speed printing and aggressive inks (e.g., ceramic and electronics applications), the mesh maintains excellent tensile strength and high print resistance, ensuring safety and durability.
