Our standard lead time for customized outsole orders is approximately 30 days after order confirmation. However, for urgent orders, we will do our best to expedite production and check if any stock is available to reduce the timeline.

We offer a limited number of free samples for evaluation. However, the transportation cost will be borne by the customer. If you require additional samples or a larger quantity, there may be a sample fee, which will be refunded upon confirmation of your bulk order.

We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Depending on our cooperation and mutual agreement, other payment terms may also be negotiable.

Our standard MOQ for outsole orders is 500 pairs per color, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. We are flexible and willing to discuss options to meet your specific needs.
