Under this condition, you can contact our sales and check our recent order schedule. If we have the same or similar palette going to mass production and you can accept, you can place a smaller order under our MOQ.

Can I get a sample before placing big orders?

Yes, we can provide you with 2 free samples, but you need to pay the shipping cost. The package can be shipped out within 1-3 working days.

Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?

Based on the different color effects of different monitors, we cannot guarantee that there will be no difference between the web images and the products. It is also tested differently in different skin tones, so we encourage you to purchase samples.

What's the universal lead time for order delivery?

Goods in stock: 5-10 working days. If you need to add your logo on items, it needs 5-10 days to make your logo. Mass production: 15-30 working days (It's longer in peak season).

Which shipping way is available and how to track?

Shipping options include sea to your nearest port, air to your nearest airport, or express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS) to your door. When your order ships out, we will provide you a tracking number to know the status of the goods.

My package has missing products. What should I do?
