AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is an automobile and spare-parts export service provider covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, and special vehicles. It reports OEM services for well-known brands, more than 20,000 cumulative vehicle exports, dedicated export and technical teams, after-sales parts, KD production lines, technical guidance, and on-site support. Reported production information covers 200,000 buses and 400,000 trucks, with one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak periods. The supplier supports multiple customization methods and derives 90% of total sales from exports. However, no SDK is available, quality assurance and traceability status are unspecified, and quality-control testing equipment is reported as zero. Certification holdings and identifiable customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier operates as an automobile and spare-parts export service provider, covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, and special vehicles. It also provides OEM-related export promotion, KD production lines, and one-stop export services, with primary markets in South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers after-sales parts, technical guidance, on-site support, quality-information collection, and assistance with resolving after-sales problems. It has procedures for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, but no written records are maintained, so process documentation appears incomplete.

Production capacityThe supplier reports cumulative exports exceeding 20,000 vehicles and annual productivity information of 200,000 buses and 400,000 trucks, with one-month order fulfillment in both peak and off-peak seasons. These figures support substantial stated production and fulfillment capability, although the slices do not clarify whether all listed output is produced directly by the supplier.

Customization capabilityThe supplier states that it can produce models based on customer and market needs and supports customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. This is explicit evidence of broad customization capability.
