AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates broad machinery-related business coverage, including manufacturing, sales, research and development, technical services, and machinery parts. It reports strong customization, ODM capability, recent new-product activity, OEM service for well-known brands, and equipment including laser cutting, CNC pipe bending, and high-precision CNC machining. However, the evidence also shows operational control gaps: no valid manufacturing contract with affiliated subcontractors, no overseas warehouse or showroom, no written supplier-service assessment or corrective-action procedures, no continuous production quantity reconciliation, and no outsourcing SOP. Export-market presence is recorded as zero. Financial records are indicated for 2022–2024, but no financial performance details are provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe company description explicitly includes after-sales services, and its business scope includes machinery service, technical service, installation, and maintenance. It also has a clear procedure and followed records for handling customer complaints, although there are no written procedures or records for broader service assessment or corrective and preventive actions.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, ODM services, independent design capability, mechanical R&D, engineering research, and technology development and transfer. It does not have an available SDK, but the broader evidence supports active product and technology development.

Production capacityProduction resources include five laser cutting machines, four large CNC pipe bending machines, internationally advanced high-precision CNC equipment, two production lines, and in-stock capability. Capacity governance has weaknesses because there is no valid manufacturing contract with affiliated subcontractors and no continuous quantity reconciliation for each batch or mass production.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its independent design and manufacturing capabilities, supported by specialized cutting, bending, and CNC equipment, reinforce the stated customization range.
