We warrant that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 10 days of delivery. We promise to send a new one in the shortest time freely regardless of responsibility.
Q:Can you customize the size and design of the fireplace?
A:
Yes, customized designs and dimensions are available. We accept orders according to photos or drawings from you, and our professional team will communicate details to customize the design according to your requirements.
Q:What materials are used to make the fireplace?
A:
All products are made from natural stone, including marble, granite, sandstone, travertine, and limestone. We combine finest hand carving with advanced CNC machine work.
Q:What is the lead time for production and delivery?
A:
Arrival time is 60-70 days after placing orders (24-25 days to produce, 25-45 days to transport). Normally one container order needs 35 days for production.
Q:Do you provide installation services?
A:
We do not install directly. You can seek help from our distributors or other stone fabricators and contractors in your area.
