AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trading company rather than a professional technical supplier, with no stated 3D design, ODM, SDK, or popular-brand OEM capability. It offers several forms of customization and reports in-stock capacity, but no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show capability. Service governance is weakly documented: no written procedures or records are reported for supplier assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or complaint handling, and quality assurance is explicitly marked absent, although raw-material traceability is available. The supplier states that it passed IATF 16949 certification and exports to multiple countries. Export sales represent 41%–50% of total sales and the supplier has exported for seven years. Financial information is inconsistent across the provided records, so credibility cannot be confirmed. No specific customer cases or named customers are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a trading company and states that it is not a professional technical supplier. This indicates a trading-oriented profile rather than an internally led technical or R&D-focused manufacturer.

CertificationsThe company description states that the supplier passed IATF 16949 certification for the automotive industry. However, the quality-control assessment separately marks quality assurance as absent, so the certification claim is positive but should be independently verified.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for customer complaints or corrective and preventive actions. It also lacks overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, and offline trade-show participation, indicating limited documented after-sales infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year, no ODM service, no SDK, and no 3D software design service. It is also not identified as a professional technical supplier, providing explicit evidence of limited innovation and R&D capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. These stated service options provide clear evidence of broad customization capability.
