Can I see how the products are being produced?

Yes, we will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. You are also welcome to visit our factory.

What is the lead time?

Normally, one container order needs about 21 days. For other orders, delivery is within 15 days after receiving the deposit. Please email us for specific answers.

What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading) and Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Do you provide drawings?

Yes, we provide drawings to you once the order is confirmed. We also offer free CAD drawing design service.

What is your warranty policy?

We guarantee that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 7 days of delivery.
